Design 1 Studio prepares permit plans for ADUs, additions, second stories, remodels and custom homes across Los Angeles County and Orange County, working from Pasadena and Monrovia. Every city sets its own zoning rules, applies state ADU law in its own way and runs its own plan check, so the same project can follow a different path one city over.
